Videotroma is a band worried with sound experimentations through pop music. In its line up, an electric guitar, a 16-bit sampler and a synthesizer, exploring sc-fi, drone, and post-rock ambiences. The melodies come from a distorted mass of sound, turning everyday noises into rhythm, and delays, reverbs and distortion into nearly pop structures. Highly influenced by the aesthetic experience of B-films and sci-fi universe, Videotroma puzzles photography, cinema, electronic analogical music and post-rock, in a particular mixture.
